SURFACE SOCKET

A compact white Single Surface Socket rated at 10A, 250V a.c. It can accept standard two or three pin flat plugs that are commonly attached to popular downlights or lighting loads.

Product includes safety backing nail plate so that it can be mounted on roof framework or attached to catenary systems.


• Suitable for 90mm downlight holes
• Additional suitability for lights and power loads that use two or three flat pin plugs
• Combination Flat and Philips head terminal screws
• 2 Terminals to accept up to 4 x 2.5mm cables
• Socket has clean precision break out for TPS cabling
• Nail plate* provided with cable entry and exit points – in most cases eliminating the need to break out additional entry and exit points in socket cover
• Multiple fixing points including external tabs for cable ties, clouts and screws
• Cover ‘push clips’ onto backing nail plate and if required can be safely removed with flat screwdriver
