While Haneco tries to ensure that their services and the contents of their advice are accurate, adequate and complete, it does not represent or warrant its accuracy, adequacy or completeness. You acknowledge that you understand and agree to this and that you will conduct your own due diligence if necessary to satisfy yourself of these matters.

To the extent permitted by law, Haneco is not liable for any claim, loss, expense or damages, whether arising in contract, in tort (including negligence), in equity, by operation of law or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the services and advice given by Haneco.

Haneco limits its liability to you for breach of any non-excludable warranty or guarantee, at Haneco’s option, to re-performing the relevant part of the services or paying the cost of having the relevant part of the services re-performed. The total liability of Haneco for loss or damage of every kind with respect to the performance of its obligations is limited to the total purchase price paid.
