Direct Replacement Warranty and Insurance

Haneco Lighting provides a direct replacement warranty for all its products. This means that if the product fails within the warranty period, we will provide a new product as a replacement. The warranty period offered depends on the product and typically ranges from 3-5 years.

In addition, all Haneco Lighting products are covered by product and public liability insurance for up to $20 million.

To claim your replacement product, simply return the defective product to the wholesaler from whom you purchased it, along with all receipts for purchase and installation. The wholesaler will send the product to us for testing, and if we find it to be defective according to the terms of the warranty, we will replace it.
