Adaptor rings or conversion plates are designed to allow you to install a downlight that normally requires a small cutout into a larger cutout, eliminating the need for plastering and repainting.  This matching matte white adaptor ring can be used in cutouts from 100 - 120mm and covers a 130mm diameter.
